Features

1.Equipped with a double valve seat differential pressure mechanism and SCCV closing system, ensuring reliable operation and high discharge capacity.

2.The valve features a water seal design, effectively preventing steam leakage.

3.The float resists water hammer, and the top of the bucket is specially configured to prevent steam lock and air binding.

4.Capable of withstanding high backpressure (up to 90%).

5.Vertical installation; built‑in check valve has some influence on discharge capacity.

Application: Suitable for medium‑pressure, superheated steam, and substantial condensate flow equipment.

Installation Instructions:Ensure adequate diameter and length (700 mm to 1000 mm) for the collection pipe. The trap should be installed below the main steam line; the inlet pipe is recommended not to be insulated.
