Features

1.The valve diaphragm case incorporates a temperature‑sensing element made of specially selected materials, offering high compressive strength, strong resistance to water hammer, and excellent temperature sensitivity, ensuring sensitive and reliable action.

2.Valve opening and closing are controlled by changes in the state of the temperature‑sensitive liquid, providing compact size and high discharge capacity.

3.Strong resistance to water hammer, excellent air venting performance, and effective freeze protection.

4.Automatically discharges condensate when the temperature falls approximately 15°C below saturation temperature.

5.Can be installed in multiple orientations and is designed for online maintenance without removal from the piping.

Application: Suitable for steam tracing pipe networks with low condensate loads, instrument tracing systems, and small heating equipment requiring condensate drainage and steam sealing.
