Operating Condition Adjustment

1.The product is factory‑set for 5 bar steam pressure.

2.Online adjustment is available according to actual operating conditions and process requirements: Turn the adjusting plug clockwise to lower the discharge temperature and reduce valve opening until fully closed; turn counterclockwise to raise the discharge temperature and increase valve opening until steam is directly discharged.

3.Adjustment procedure: With steam supply maintained upstream of the trap, remove the valve cap, loosen the lock nut, and turn the adjusting screw with a screwdriver. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut first, then replace the valve cap.
