Features

1.Advanced SCCV closing system with matched valve core, bracket, and specially designed "super lever." The valve core floats freely within the bracket to effectively absorb impact and avoid rigid collisions during closure.

2.A water seal and lifting mechanism are integrated inside the bucket, effectively preventing steam leakage and minimizing thermal energy loss.

3.An overflow vent is provided at the top of the bucket, effectively preventing steam lock and air binding (non‑condensable high‑temperature air can also be discharged).

4.Capable of withstanding high backpressure (up to 90%).

5.Resistant to water hammer.

6.Internals are fixed on the valve cover for easy in‑line maintenance.

Application: Suitable for medium and low pressure steam condensate flow equipment.
